ToolsWorld is a free collection of 183 online tools for images, PDFs, writing, code, money and careers. Visitors arrive with a specific job to do, from compressing a photo for a visa form to checking a resume against a job post. That makes them an attentive audience for products that help them do it better.
The tools are built for people with something to finish:
People search for a specific task and land on the tool that does it. Your ad appears right next to that task, not in a random feed.
Files stay on the visitor’s device and nothing needs a sign-up. Direct sponsorships are plain images or text, with no third-party ad scripts.
Lightweight static pages with no pop-ups and no auto-playing media, so your message is seen on a page people are happy to be on.
Every sponsorship is marked “Sponsored” and links with rel="sponsored", the way Google’s guidelines ask. Honest labels build trust in your brand too.
Every category attracts people working on a different kind of task. Sponsor the tools that sit closest to what your product does.

A banner in the recommended size or a short text ad, plus your link. Add UTM parameters to see the visits in your own analytics.
We check the ad and its landing page against our ad standards, then confirm price, pages and dates in writing.
It runs from the agreed start date to the agreed end date on the pages you booked, in its own clearly labeled spot.
Views and clicks of your ad, counted with Google Analytics events sponsor_view and sponsor_click, sent every month.
People trust these tools with their files and their time. These rules keep it that way.
Every sponsorship carries a visible “Sponsored” label, and every sponsored link uses rel="sponsored", so it is clear to readers and to search engines that the placement is paid.
Sponsored guides are marked as sponsored and written to the same standards as our other guides. You can check the facts about your product; we keep the final say over the text. Sponsorship never changes how a tool works.
We review every ad and landing page before it runs, and may decline or pause any ad that does not meet these standards or does not fit our readers.
We do not publish visitor numbers on this page because they change every month. Ask through the inquiry form and we will send current Google Analytics reports: page views for the tools and categories you are interested in, top countries and the device split.
Yes. A tool sponsorship runs on one tool page of your choice, a category sponsorship runs on every tool in one category and on that category’s page, and a site-wide sponsorship runs everywhere. Pick the tools that match what your product helps people do.
An image banner (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG) in the sizes listed under placements, or a text ad with a title, one or two lines of text and a button label. Text ads adapt to every screen size and to dark mode automatically.
With Google Analytics events tagged with your campaign ID: sponsor_view once at least half of your ad has been on screen for a full second, and sponsor_click when someone clicks it. Visitors who block analytics are not counted, so treat the numbers as a minimum. Add UTM parameters to your link to follow the visits in your own analytics as well.
No. Every sponsored link carries rel="sponsored", as Google requires for paid links, so it passes no ranking signals. Sponsorships are for reaching people, not for link building, and we do not sell unlabeled links or guest posts.
Your sponsorship replaces the regular ad unit in its placement for the whole campaign. If two sponsors book the same placement on the same pages, they rotate and each page view shows one of them. We will always tell you before that happens.
Yes, if it is genuinely useful to our readers. The guide is labeled as sponsored, explains a real task your product helps with, and links with rel="sponsored". You can review it for factual accuracy; we keep the final say over the wording.
Once we agree on the package, pages and dates in writing, we send an invoice. Prices on this page are a starting point: longer campaigns, several categories or a custom mix can be quoted on request.
Tell us about your product. We will reply with current traffic figures for the pages that fit and the dates available.
