These terms apply to your use of ToolsWorld at https://imrbpro.github.io/Toolsworld/ (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
ToolsWorld provides free online tools that run in your web browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we do not guarantee that any tool will always be available.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the files, text and other content you process with the tools. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive, store or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and modify any content you process, and that doing so is lawful.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- create forged, fraudulent or deceptive documents, or misrepresent a signature as someone else’s;
- interfere with the site’s operation, overload it with automated requests, or try to gain unauthorized access to it;
- copy, scrape or republish the site’s pages, text or design as your own.
4. Results are provided “as is”
We work hard to make every tool accurate, but we cannot guarantee that results are error-free or suitable for your purpose. Calculators and converters provide estimates for general information only; they are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsWorld and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Our content
The site’s design, text, graphics and code (other than the open-source components credited on the About page, which remain under their own licenses) belong to ToolsWorld. You may link to any page and share our tools freely.
7. Third-party services and links
The site shows advertising and contains links to other websites, including our sister product Resumate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
